(A final picture of my finished large format litho print. Inked up lighter than I would have liked but probably my impatience kicking in. Wish I had another week with the large stone but people are waiting to use it.)

Just finished my second etch and am ready to print for tomorrow. Burnt out part of my background with the first etch but I’m just going to roll with it. Heres hoping I don’t break another damn stone. My classmates my murder me.

Me working on the big litho stone, doing a solvent wash for the first time. A little bit of turpentine with my mineral spirits to mix it up. Just a simple gum block out for where I’ll render the astronaut in grease pencil.
